RC-Pilot
Overview
This project started off as just a small program that could read input from my remote control (Zhen Hua 5 protocol). A few months later you could control a plane, a helicopter, an airship, a car and eventually even cows. They are all powered by batteries and can therefore run out of energy. Helicopters need helipads to recharge their batteries whereas planes land on airstrips. The faster a plane is going, the more power it consumes. Just like the helicopter needs to work harder when it is trying to lift heavy cargo. The recharge process can be very time consuming and decide the outcome of a game.
The game itself is far from being a real simulator, the user will only get an impression of what it is like to fly a helicopter for instance. Just the most basic maneuvers can be performed. As soon as a user lets go of all the controls, the model will stabilize itself.

Just flying around without a goal was (and still is) a lot of fun, but there are also several game modes available:

| Pylon Race Plane: try to be the fastest pilot |
| Cow Rescue Helicopter: pick up cows from all around the map and take them to a target area |
| Drone Hunt Plane or Helicopter: use baby bottle rockets to hit drones |
| Dogfight Plane: air combat, again with baby bottle rockets |
| Harvester Cow: walk around and occupy as many fields as possible |
| Domination Helicopter: land on helipads and try to hold them as long as possible |
Current State
95% done - just never released because I started to rewrite the program from scratch (which eventually became Meep). Maybe I will finish it someday…
